  2. If you have a credit card and access to the internet you can pay via Paypal’s secure payments. Once paid you will receive immediate help. 
  3. This depends on what your problem is. It can take a few minutes via telephone instructions or several hours if a site visit is required.
  4. With our Option 2 you get unlimited support for the remainder of the month with nothing else to pay except for any hardware replacements that may be required.
