Options

This page is provided to explain details about the support options we offer.

Our support is provided on a monthly basis from 1st to 31st of the month.

OPTION 1

By choosing option 1 you will receive unlimited support for your chosen month from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm.  There is no restriction on the number of times you may call or the number of problems you may have.

OPTION 2

By choosing option 2 you will receive unlimited support for your chosen month from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am and 8pm.  There is no restriction on the number of times you may call or the number of problems you may have.

As most problems can usually be sorted by a phone call you will quickly receive help and advice on fixing your computer. Should a site visit be necessary this will be at the descession of Ashfield Software and is not guaranteed. If it is decided that a site visit is required there will not be any additional charges for this.
